Richard (Rick) Cussigh
has extensive experience in hospitals and other health care providers. Cussigh has been employed as consultant in the ten cases where Seelig served as PCO or Consumer Privacy Ombudsman (CPO) and was appointed jointly as CPO in one Case. Cussigh has worked with all levels of management and staff at hospitals and numerous doctors’ clinics nationwide and has relevant experience in the management of medical records, Federal and State privacy regulations, and patient care monitoring systems.

Charles (Charlie) Hicks, RN
served for twenty years in the U.S. Air Force, his initial three years as a medical corpsman and the remaining years in a variety of clinical and administrative roles as a Registered Nurse. Post his Air Force Service, for over 25-years Charlie served as Chief Executive Office and/or Chief Nursing Officer at rural hospitals in Minnesota and Nevada.
has been employed as consultant to the Chapter 11 Trustee in the Genus case, was a key on-premise member of the team at Nye Regional Medical Center and Vanessa Ly (Today Pharmacy) cases, as well as the employed consultant to the PCO or consultant to the Chapter 7-11 Trustees in the Justice, Plaza, Centro, Primecare, Gilbert and Florence Hospital cases and in the Lakeview Terrace Case and the Temporary Management appointment.
Susan Braun, RN
Susan Braun R.N.’s nursing background includes a broad range of experience in leadership and management. She was Employed Special Monitor for Patient Care and Safety to the Court Appointed Patient Care Ombudsman, the Bankruptcy Case: HOSPITAL ACQUISITION LLC. In that case she assisted in monitoring and reporting to the Court for the New LifeCare Long Term Acute Care Facilities.
Dr. Mary P. Cadogan
is a Professor at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Nursing where she directs the Adult/Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner program and is Co-Director of the Center for the Advancement of Gerontological Nursing Science. Mary is a registered nurse and registered nurse practitioner.
